Built with capacity for washing and filling 20L to 50L kegs. The working cycle is fully automatic (except the loading and unloading of kegs) and is built as a long lasting and easy to use machine.


Washing / Filling Process is as follows:

First Head

• Rest discharge with sterile air
• Prewash with water
• Empty with sterile air
• Wash with detergent solution
• Wash solution recovery
• Washing with water
• Emptying with sterile inert gas

Second Head

• Sanitizing with steam
• Pause
• Emptying with inert gas
• Pressurizing with inert gas
• Filling
• Rest recovery & washing of keg filling head
